My Welsummer
Chickens lay beautiful dark eggs.
They
are a type of chicken who loves to be outdoors foraging for food and do
quite well. I have noticed when I fill the feeders, the
Welsummer's don't always come in for food. This is great,
cutting down feed cost and anytime we are able to use organic
foods of grass, bugs and seeds like nature intended is my
goal.. My Welsummer's are very intelligent, they did find
my leftover pumpkins in the graden and pecked a 4 inch hole in them, to
remove all the seeds.
